Not doing so hot today. I didn't completely fail, but I consumed more fat than I would have liked to. I went swimming at my friend's pool, jumped on his trampoline and did some biking. Tonight I'm going partying so there is a chance that I will be hungover tomorrow. Hangovers are the worst ever but they do help me drop weight super fast. I know thats not the healthiest way to lose weight, but I guess its just an added bonus to being drunk.

Still eating a ton of avocado. They are full of vitamins and polyunsaturated fats, which help you absorb vitamins. And they are good on basically everything. I have some that I bought stashed in a cooler in my room so my sister wont eat them.

I didn't eat all afternoon because I was busy with friends, so when I got home I ate a whole bunch. Well, just a salad and a tortilla with avocado( of course). My salad had avocado too. lol. I guess thats not too bad. I just don't want to count up everything i've eaten today. Or calculated how many calories I burned. Tomorrow will be better.
