My weekly totals for 2/11-17: Average Weight: 181.8 (down 1.2) and today I was 179.6!! Average Net Carbs: 19.0, still too low. I am moving onto OWL today and my goal will be 25-30 net carbs with addition of some nuts. Average Cals: 1386 (a little low but not bad) Ave WW PP: 30 (not bad)
I'm happy with this past week. It wasn't hard, I did add some alcohol and nuts here and there (some pine nuts in a topping and a couple of almonds). If I continue to lose at this level I will add berries next week.
