Here's a question. You're hungry. You have 70 calories to soare. Would you eat one apple, 10 almonds, or 28 baby carrots? Or something else? And why would you choose what you choose?

Out of your three choices would be apple or carrots but me I usually eat an egg that’s why I always have boiled eggs in fridge

Dark chocolate. Or one Tbsp of peanut butter. Or two cups of watermelon. Or popcorn. Depends on if you want volume/fiber, sweet taste, or salty or just fat to make you feel full(er).

I would pick a hard boiled egg and however many almonds to meet the rest. It would be 2 healthy things I love and would be filling enough till the next meal. Lots of protein. I could never eat 28 baby carrots. That makes my jaw hurt just thinking about it lol.
