They had freshly baked white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies in the cafeteria at work today. Had one. So good! So I had another cookie since I ate a broth soup and a salad for lunch. Knew the calorie content on the soup and salad before I went to lunch. Checked the calorie content on the cookies when I got back to my desk. How in the world can ONE of those cookies be 190 calories??? Lol! Lesson learned on calorie checking before consuming! My 380 calorie cookies put a real dent in dinner plans....
