I am very pleased with myself. This morning I stepped on the scale and have finally made it down into the 120's! This is a fantastic accomplishment for me and I am very proud of myself. I have been going out for 1-2 hour walks with my cell phone and time flies! I know my weight is going to fluctuate because of hormones and water and other related issues but I am okay with that. I am focusing on building more muscle in my hips and thighs where I have most of my fat by walking. It's working! I am using my biggest loser scale to monitor my water body content ratio to fat and I see the water content going higher and fat going lower as my bmi drops. I have 14 lbs to go to be at the right weight but at that point I must start toning and creating a regimen I can manage with my schedule and lifestyle - that I can stick to "for life!"
