Ouch, eat a sandwich or something. You're body will love you more if you eat, I promise. I have 2 big sandwiches every day and 2 sides of chips everyday and a bowl of cereal everyday and a snack and I am losing weight. Some will beg to differ but your body needs nutrients to make desicions. Pretty much your brain needs food to survive.

That's more than I had, but I never eat lunch. I eat something for breakfast and dinner.

I've had a few coffee only meals. It's ok sometimes. Don't recall correctly, but believe the coffee stimulate release of body fat, and therefore do come with a certain fullness after.
