Yes, yes, yes! I have started IF along with keto. I eat my meals between 10am and 6pm, which I must admit is a little hard for me since I cant eat alot of food in one sitting and a keto meal seems to keep me full for around 5 hours. Yesterday was pretty difficult since I only had a half of a cup of blackberries and two string cheese for my first meal and then had to try to shove 1100 calories into the next meal.
That being said I think I am going to try to up my first meal this morning and try to divide more evenly. I have decided to only do two meals, that just seems more doable.
