I am feeling so terrible today.
I started a great new job and love it! But I'm finding it hard to get into a good eating pattern and to get back to the gym.
This past few weeks I've put back on a kilo - partly from eating differently, partly not exercising and also probably because I changed Pills. I feel yuck.
I must get back to the gym and watch what I'm eating.
As I posted recently, I'm reading "The Perfect Fit Diet" by Dr Sanders and it's really good! I've dicovered my strengths and weaknesses and that I work best on a calorie counting diet but don't do well on a low carb or low fat diet. This is good news to me! I can stick to this sort of diet - yay! I do recommend this book - it's very educational and made me feel more confident about my diet choice.
