Okay so I gave up having 1200 calories a day. There is just no way I could function on that little with my activity level being as high as it is. Soccer at least three days a week plus the gym. Not to mention the 3 hours of rollerblading I did yesterday. I'm so sore from that. So I've bumped my intake up to 1500. Still enough to be losing weight.
I had sushi for lunch today. It's magical. There is almost nothing bad in it. Its all protein and vitamins. No wonder japanese people live so long. Also, you can't overeat on it. At least I can't. After about 4-6 pieces I start feeling queazy from the weird texture and that makes me not want to eat anymore. Its a good portion control method.

I agree with you!!! I tried 1200 jus for 2 days and it was really hard for me too. I got some headaches and I feel quick. I do weight training (every day) and I usually go heavy, so the 1500 is working fine, I'm still losing weight, in fact I'm almost there...my goal is 125 and today's weight was 125.8 :). I guess the key -for people like us-(very active) is to have the right micronutrientes every days and keep eating clean with out starving. Emma ...it can be done!!! Keep it up girl.
Cheers, Monica

Wow, gratz to you two, I don't know how you do it. I'm up around 2500 cal a day and if I slip closer to 2k I get rumbly tummy and cranky. Maybe I just need to stay away from breads and eat more celery, cucumber, and yummy peppers, mmmmmmm peppers. Keep it up you two!
