I thought that i would try something a little different tonight so instead of basmati rice i stir fried my beef strips with "cauli rice" made by blitzing the cauluflower in a food processer, Its really nice and very filling with half my usual calories.

I dry fry the cauli rice with salt and pepper and a little parsley, just until some of the water has evaporated, it's really nice seasoned.
