I'm afraid to leave Phase 2~~ I'm working on week 3 of phase 1.. any ideas on what I can add back in slowly ? I have lost a total of 8 lbs. in 19 days .. not to bad. I reached my goal of 185~ Now I'm focused on 180 by Halloween~ I have to dress up like Little Bo Peep for school, (I teach 5th grade) My mother sewed the costume and the arms are a little tight.. I need some good arm exercises. I feel like I have wings hahah ~~I love South Beach and am finding it easy just to eat what I eat, but I keep reading that you need to add food back in. Thanks for all the advice~~*Struck*

One thing I added in was an apple with peanut butter on it. An apple has never tasted so good to me before. And it didn't affect my weight loss at all.

I am not doing the South Beach, but I think that as long as you add it back in moderation you will be just fine, remember it is a mind thing too! You are doing great and I know you will continue to do so! Have a wonderful weekend!
