Well, I have been under eating this week. I've only reached 20 net carbs once. I need to do better. I just have not been hungry. Last night, probably because I was feeling sad that I was spending another V Day alone, I drank too much. I had a rum and diet coke with dinner and then went home and had several vodka and seltzers. It has been a long time since I had more than a single drink or two. And exercise has been nonexistent this week. My days off have been spent running around doing errands and I need to get things packed up for our move ASAP!!!

So, new resolve to do better from this point on. Less alcohol (preferably none at all) and more food (veggies and protein of course).
