The fact that your tummy is feeling more slender is a VERY good sign. The scales lie (as we all know!) but the tape measure never does. Have you been keeping tabs on your measurements since you started? If not, it's never too late to start. I find it particularly motivating when I can hold the tape measure up at my original measurments and see how much room I have inside! Visualising is so much more powerful than just tracking numbers. I'm glad your cereal diet is going well for you. I've learned that missing a day or two of exercise is not a bad thing as long as you get back into it and don't let a few days become a week or a month! I'm looking forward to your Friday weigh in.
