197 was my weight only without my shoes. The odd thing is, there was a 5lb difference between shoes-on and shoes-off on the scale at the gym. It's an old fashioned scale that hasn't been calibrated since 2003, so my workout buddy/roommate has suggested we buy a brand new digi-scale for the house. Whatever that number is will be the one I "start from scratch" with.
