The weekend food caught up with me, even if I gained 1/2 a pound. I was too tired to cook for a few days. My grandchildren have been visiting, and we had a break over the weekend. Our daughter took the kids to visit there other grandpa. We took the weekend off from the every day stuff. Don't mean to sound lazy, but when your body is beat up, like mine, and your over 60, you tire easy. Started back on the diet on Sunday. Back on track again. Grandchildren will be back again tomorrow.
