I feel so hungry today but also thirsty. Hunger can really be thirst, from what the weight watchers lead explained! So, I am going to drink 16 ounces of water and see how I feel. I really did not eat a lot today because I feel bloated. Ugh, being a woman is so difficult! My scale is lying to me too - I know I am retaining water and not really the weight it says I am. My hips and thighs feel leaner from all the weekend walking I have been doing. I am looking forward to walking more tonight and tomorrow even though it will be very hot. I have a few phone calls to make and catch up with some folks - so that will keep me busy while I walk off the pounds! Just need to do more yoga and stretching to help tone. Will be adding that to my regimen today and going forward.
