I followed things reasonably well, sometimes coming short on both carbs and calories. My only cheat is alcohol, and I did go out with Tina Thursday and drank a lot. That is probably why no real loss. I had a few almonds twice also.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
