It is very good food for breakfast. You can also try the same thing but just replacing the banana with egg whites or maybe one boiled egg. It provies some amount of protein.

looks delicious! if you're on a low calorie diet, reduce the intake to one slice and it will be perfect for a low calorie diet! and if you want to reduce calories even more, banana with peanut butter by itself will help out too! keep it up!
