減肥要多喝水,但我覺得眼睛👀變得好水腫喔!
內雙都變雙眼皮了,噗.

水腫其實很少是因為喝太多水 目前周遭比較多水腫的原因是飲食的關係 高鈉會讓多餘的水分比較不容易排出體外 高糖則容易造成下半身水腫 另外喝水的時間跟睡眠品質也會影響

如果還是怕水腫 一天飲水量可以抓大概 體重*50+500(~1000)之間 也可以用1000cc紅豆水替代水試試 個人覺得蠻有效 不過最重要還是飲食跟生活型態啦

我減肥之後喝水都加海塩或玫瑰鹽,裡面有微量元素,覺得不錯😄
