Haven't journalled regularly as I've been busy with both work and packing for our move later this month. I need to try to get on and do it daily. I finally got the mobile app figured out and I can journal from there, it is just easier to type on a keyboard IMHO.

My weight got down to a low of 182 yesterday but was back up a bit (183.4) today. I tend to weigh more on work days than off days because when I'm off I wait until after I defecate to weigh. Maybe I should only weigh on days off.....might try doing that.

Made delicious scallops last night with an Asian flair. The sauce had onion, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and called for sugar but I used splenda. It also had cornstarch which I cut in half. It really was good!!
