Was not very hungry today at all. Had to almost force myself to even eat dinner.
I started going to a chiropractor. I have scoliosis and he is trying to relieve some of the pain I have from that(which is 24/7 unless I have taken ibuprofen), but he said he should be able to tell in a few days how much he will be able to do. He said I was extremely tight throughout my back. We will also be working on my hip/sciatic nerve and my shoulder. I'm most concerned about my hip though because it's impeding me from being able to exercise as much I want. I can only do a max of 30 mins on the treadmill before my leg goes completely numb. However yesterday was a good day and my 30 mins went by pain free and I was able to crank up the incline and speed! I was really happy about that and felt like I got a really good workout that day. I really pushed the weight training, and for once Im actually slightly sore today from yesterday.
What is best anyway? Lighter weight but more reps, or heavier weight and less reps? Should I be pushing myself to where I am sore? Up till now I have not been sore at all after working out
