Met with new friends last night for dinner, result was a deviation from normal consumption. Had a chicken Alfredo meal, a tiny bit of chocolate mouse dessert and about 2,5 glasses of Chardonnay. Managed to get to bed around 11pm, and wake up at 4:45 for my workout. Not feeling so fresh in the morning, will rethink weekday-drinking of wine in the future...
