我壓力大也會大暴食😂😂不過沒關係啦 把情緒宣洩出來 再慢慢調整回正常的自己就好了

@cc051 希望我們都能夠實踐比較健康的發洩方式🍀這樣暴食其實對身體不太好,另外我擔心我暴食症會回來😅🤣🤣因為都暴食很久,一餐就1000卡以上🐷
