Yesterday, IF, chest workout, period, 84 protein, 110 fat, 30 carbs, yogurt, hemp oil twice, mct once, tofu, low carb tortilla, collagen
69.3 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
