A whole 100 grams up, I think tomato does not agree with me. Well I have to admit I have had food I should not but it’s been in moderation... no binging....I really did not expect this.
But...I have a choice to deviate from my plan and regret or stick it out and thank me later.
I’m losing sleep with anxiety about how much I will weigh the next day...I’m sure that alone is raising my stress hormone and hindering my weight loss. 😭😭😭
Let’s see how to day goes. I will not deviate from the plan. I will know for sure it was the tomato if I loose some weight tomorrow.
