My weight was up slightly today. I didn't drink enough water yesterday. Since I had two drinks (vodka and mio in seltzer) I can stop deluding myself that I lose more if I drink. I also realize I am undereating on some days so I need to do better there. I am going to stay on induction until I reach 179, then I will start OWL. I think that is a good plan.
I've made a couple buddies here which is great! It is fun to share stories and ideas and tips.
