Yeah my weight - BLECK! Calories didn't look so bad yesterday, so I can only assume I ate more calories than I realized. Go figure! And I'm a bad girl because I didn't make it to the tread climber last night, so I absolutely MUST do so tonight! Gotta gotta gotta start exercising again!
