Today we will go to community days in the next town over. That will involve some walking and I told my son that we could go for a bike ride later. I am determined to do better this week as busy as it is bound to be.

I had a bowl of Curves cereal this morning with a banana and I will try to stay on track today!!!! I will also get back to my proper water intake too!!! I MUST do better!!! I don't want to do any more damage.

My son has been asking my to make fresh fruit salsa and I had got everything so I may try to indulge him today. That's a nice healthy snack.

What's fresh fruit salsa? It sound intriguing and if your son is asking you to make it, it must be good! I have no doubt that you will be back on track this week and send your chart heading back down again. Have fun today!

Anything with fruit sounds good.. you will have to share... the bike ride also sounds good.. I think I am going to do that right now... the sun is shinning and I should not miss this opportunity. Have a fun day at the Community Days event.. sounds like it should be interesting...
