Starting out brand new in this group today with the hopes of gaining the motivation I need to get over the plateau that I have been on for the last 6 months.
I am bound and determined to be successful and am making that commitment today to get back on track!
I commit to writing in my journal every day; tracking every morsel that I put into my mouth; and to do at least 15 minutes of physical activity a day that makes me sweat!
