Well today is another day in this weight loss world of mine. It's not too easy living everyday thinking if your going to get bigger because you eat that one little cookie. But like the say, no pain no gain, or in this case no loss. Well i love working out to good music, studies show that danceable music, makes you work out harder. So I decided to write down my playlist, maybe there’s some of you out there, that just need new music to pump them up, and get them in the mood. Even if you don’t understand Spanish, these songs will make you get up and dance.
