So I decided to do a challenge for myself just to try. Probably not the best thing to do but I was curious to see if I would see any results. I am doing 100 Push ups and 100 Sit ups a day for 30 days. I am on day 22 right now. It was pretty brutal at 1st, but I am ready for it to be over with.
