Yesterday was a good start, reached out to positive people, and enthusiastic about getting started.
I did really well through the day. Then, got home and was famished on this new plan, i'm on. I felt like I had to eat so I did.
I went over my allotment by 467 calories, but I consider it a win, becuase I did not go crazy. I ate what I needed to feel satisfied. Today I will exercise and eat to try and maintain a 1600 KCal avg.
I can do this!
