Iyah aku pekerja kantor yg duduk 9 jam,jadi olahraga jarang paling hiit cardio dirumah atau jalan cepat keliling komplek

adakok cara biar lebih aktif buat pekerja kantoran Mba😆😆. misal 30 menit /1 jam sesekali berdiri slma 2 mnit, sesekali brdiri saat mengetik, strechcing duduk (arm circle, crunch kicks, sitting twists dll),😁 jalan kaki waktu beli makan, sering jalan ke toilet dan habis dr toilet squat 5-10 x di kamar mandiā😂😂 coba baca2 di @dietstrategy @nodieteatbetter😃
