Well, daughter is feeling better today. I however am still in quite a bit of pain with my female issues. I was able to get an appt. with the gyno for Thurs. am. I really hope that he can take care of this problem.

I am worried that I have not been doing my excercise that I had been. I did manage to get on the treadmill for a 1/2 hour last night. I am afraid to get on the scale in the am. Yikes!!! I certainy can't go to Curves feeling the way that I do.

I will have to be very concientous on the nutrition front while I am limited on excercise.

I hope you get that problem looked at soon so you can feel better and put your mind at ease. I know what you are going through with missing your regular exercise. It's tough, but you are committed and will return to it when you can. There are so many other exercises you can do that won't aggravate your condition. Hang in there!
