My weight has been hovering and I'm in the middle of some changes to increase the difficulty in my daily workouts. The exercises are more challenging so I think I'm doing pretty well in terms of exercise. I have some self-correcting to do in the food choices. I'm eating slower and putting more attention into my meals.
