Weighed in for the first time since holidays and surprisingly I was down to 202. I haven't done well at eating (except ordering oatmeal for a few breakfasts), but somehow it was nice to see a lower weight. It could be short term, as i haven't been exercising except for two 20 to 30 minute walks a day with my dog. I would like to get into the gym but have been reluctant due to timing. I am going to work on changing that...
