I’m going to be out of town this weekend. I won’t be able to weigh and I won’t be in charge of food options. At least there will hopefully be a lot of movement if it doesn’t rain the whole time. I’m worried about my need for control and my lack of it. At least it’s a good chance to practice “life” post weight loss.
