been doing a low carb diet, and intermittent fasting for a week. kind of keto I guess cause it's high fat, but I eat moderate carbs on Sunday. only fast by the 8/16 method. I eat from about 11 or 12 noon till like 7. seems to work. not hungry and feeling good.
