Thanks Sandragpeinado! I'm not counting calories. The pizza base was made of cauliflower rice and the topping was a mix of meat, cheese, onion and mushrooms. Super good!

I do Keto a lot but only for 2 or 3weeks to kick-start weight loss before going back to counting calories. Been on it 16 days, lost about 11llbs. Been under 20 g carbs a day and average 1200 Cal's (don't seem to be able to eat much more than that). I want to move on to eat more carbs by way of Fruit and vegetables, but any advice as to how high I could go with the carbs without coming out of ketosis?

Hi Gilly I measure my ketones and it's hard to say what works for one person might not for another, am carb sensitive so can't go higher than 30grms (net carbs)..My hubby on the other hand can eat more and still remains in ketosis. I would recommend to increase your veggies and pass on the fruit as higher in fructose, I normally have berries occasionally which I measure and include them in my macros. Just a thought. 😊🤗. I didn't start using this app till later in my programme when I started to plateau and reduce my calories, but I have lost 22lbs.😉
