Well, on a good note I have been free of carbs now for 3 days. I gained 3 pounds during my little binge, but I'm back down to 177. I don't think I'll weigh in this Tuesday, I think I'll wait till next because I don't want to get frustrated (because I didn't loose). I Anyway, I've done really good today so far. Bar from breakfast, 2 carbs, salad and chicken for lunch 13 carbs, burger bacon and cheese for dinner 1 carb, and ice cream for snack 4 carbs. lots of water to drink.
