This week I have eaten too much food to lose any weight and I haven't exercised at all. I've been a little stressed and quite busy as I'm leaving one job in a week and frantically trying to find another.
Tonight I have dinner with my best friend for her birthday so hopefully I can make some good food decisions and not fall off the band wagon.
I plan to exercise at the gym on Saturday morning and clean the car too so that should be great for my activity levels. I also plan to exercise on Tuesday night and Wednesday night.
Fingers crossed that I lose 1/2 a kilo this week - that would be very encouraging :)
