It was really good! I’m really embracing the intersection of Mediterranean diet and keto by replacing animal based fats with plant based fats (olive oil, nuts and avocados...).

Guess I’m Mediterranean too. I only use olive oil, eat nuts daily and love some avocado when it’s can afford it!
