still the same...better than up though!! I just got a family membership at the YMCA, I do believe this will start to move things along. As for Atkins, I did get the book, & it is not something I will stick to as a way of life, I truly enjoy carbs, & want to enjoy them always, & I do fully believe I will hit my goal & maintain it w/o cutting carbs, just watching calories. I am watching Lotus's chart, wow! & she eats carbs!! Anyway, good luck to everybody, carblovers & noncarblovers!! Hugs!!
