Good Morning,
Last night I had a blueberry muffin and 2% milk for dinner. I know that was not a wise choice but I was tired and I really wanted it. This morning I woke up and could feel that my daily walking is kicking in. My legs was a little sore and my stomach feels a little sore also. Today is a new day and I am back at it.
