Just got on the scale and was suprised to see the number. I've been focusing on maintaining my calories this week. However, yesterday I had really bad food poisoning from a seafood restaurant.. so it's been hard stomaching food. That might be the explanation for the sudden loss of weight. I hope not. -__- It was refreshing to see a new weight. But I guess a healthy loss of fat, is better than losing just water/nutrients. I'm going to try to squeeze in a cardio workout after I come home, and probably stick with a low-cal diet of 1400-1500 calories today.
