Been finding it all really hard lately. The only way I seem to lose weight is by fasting and Keto. Haven’t lost a pound in 2 weeks and I’ve been dieting . Starting a new on Monday. Let hope to see some changes this week
72.3 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
