Good day FS! I am feeling good today. Had some awful cravings last night, but made it through. Ate some cheese and hard salami to get me through... Lol
Think maybe a bit of diet jello in the house may be helpful, who knows.
Staying on plan - feeling good about it - and feeling more energy than usual. Yay!
Love this site - so much help has come my way from it already! They published my recipe of what I made yesterday at lunch also... that was pretty cool to see!
