I am going to do 5 mini challenges that will work with each other. They are called Healthy Weight Loss Challenge,Arbonne 30 Day Feeling Fit.Calorie Shift/ Zig Zag Challenge, Zumba Time, Focusing on Change and Creating Healthy Habits,No eatting after Supper and 14lb in 4 weeks. Its going to be a challege but i know I can accomplish it.
