It's been almost a week since I stepped on the scale. This is a big achievement since I used to check it every morning and it would determine my mood for the day. I plan on checking tomorrow morning and I'm ok with it whether the number is higher or lower. I'm eating well and exercising so overall, I'm winning at losing.
