HCB, try to do lunges & Hold in that position for about:15sec each side. Hands stretched in the air. Do 3 sets of 5. This helps warmup the muscles near the hips!!

Thanks - not a warming up problem...an old lady problem! LOL Only one side is painful when I do lunges
